Northern California Child Development, Inc. (NCCDI)

NCCDI offers Head Start and Early Head Start services to the families of Tehama County. Our programs provide individualized enrichment opportunities for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers in a nurturing environment.

All of our services are family-oriented and we offer free family events and training to all of the families participating in our programs, including conferences, no or low-cost counseling services, and specialized services for children with disabilities.​ Our Early Head Start programs include either all-day care or home visitation. Our preschool services include full-day or part-day classes.
