Opportunity Summary 

Under the supervision of Financial Manager: hands on Accounts Receivables process and investigate the discrepancy if any; hands on Accounts Payables process, including entering and uploading invoices/receipts to QBO, coding the expense and invoices to the proper accounts, classes and departments per guidance; prepare General Ledger, maintain the monthly reconciliation schedules and manage the related journal entries, including payroll entries, accrued entries, etc.; use QBO to record income and expenses timely and accurately for financial report purpose; work with Financial Manager to handle the day-to-day financial management and risk controls; coordinate and prepare complicated monthly financial documents; and assist in implement different finance software as requested.

The goals and objectives for the intern are to be familiar with the basic corporate accounting practices and financial management.

Opportunity Training 

The intern student will be given onboarding and on-going trainings throughout the employment period, including Accounts Receivables process and investigation, Accounts Payables process, General Ledger management, financial risk management, and financial/accounting software training, etc.

Minimal safety information is related to this opportunity as the intern student will work basically with her laptop to finish all the assignments.
