Parent Resource Center

The Parent Resource Center is a non-profit child abuse prevention agency which has helped build strong, healthy families for more than 30 years. There are two sites. Families are referred from many partner agencies, schools, health providers, and through Stanislaus County Community Services Agency primarily Child Protective Services, Cal Fresh, Medi-Cal. The PRC provides parenting education, nutrition instruction, and supportive services.

The Parent Resource Center serves as an internship site.  Internship majors include Child Development, Child and Family Services, Social Services, Communications/Public Relations, Business - Marketing.  Other majors may be considered.   Cover letter and resume required along with successfully completing screenings such as background, TB and drug screenings. Please call for information.
