We Care Program

Organization Description

The We Care Program – Turlock (WCP), founded in 2003 by local service providers and community members, is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to helping individuals experiencing homelessness achieve self-sufficiency. WCP provides transitional and emergency shelter, day center resources, and collaborative support services. We operate a low-barrier, 49-bed men’s emergency shelter open 11.5 months each year, along with three housing programs and a grant-funded initiative supporting individuals facing substance use challenges.
