Blue Chip Broadcasting Group

Organization Description

Sports Broadcasting for the Stan State University campus.

Program Information

We broadcast local sports on a non-profit radio station, KEFC 100.5 FM, to the local community. We cover Turlock, Pitman and Hilmar HS football as well as CSU Stanislaus basketball and baseball. Though we are a for-profit entity, we donate back $ raised from sponsors to the local HS athletic depts and strive to be a connection for CSUS to the local community.

We are looking for an intern to help us with the behind the scenes needs of our broadcasts, in particular the connection to the community via social media (facebook, twitter, linked in, etc.) There also is a place for someone in communications to possibly get an opportunity to be on air during pregame and halftime segments. Please let us know if there is anyone who would have interest in being a part of this growing part of our community.
