We connect individuals and families to the medical coverage, primary and preventative care, and social services and healthcare resources they need to lead healthy lives.

Our approach is peer-driven, one-on-one, and most importantly, effective. It is our goal to help:
Increase understanding of healthcare issues for uninsured and underserved people
Help them overcome the challenges that prevent them from getting coverage
Educate residents about their healthcare options
Offer in-person, in-language assistance
Provide onsite assistance for patients in local emergency departments
