Organization Description

Interns will have 1-on-1 interaction with seniors, great people, spend time on recreational activities, provide tours, assist in special events. 

The Weingart Senior Center, located near the corner of Lakewood and Candlewood, is full of activities and services for seniors. You must be at least 50 years of age to participate in the recreational activities.

Seniors age 60 and older may take part in the low cost lunches served at 11:30 a.m., Monday through Friday. Additional programs for seniors are also offered through the center. The Senior Center is open Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Saturday, 8:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
