Organization Description

The Education and Teen Centers are part of the Susanville Indian Rancheria. We are a federally recognized tribe with approximately 2000 enrolled members. Our sites are open Monday - Friday from 8:30-6pm. Our Education Center serves students from Kindergarten to 7th grade. Our Teen Center serves students from 8th - 12th grades. We are an after school program that provides supplement educational assistance to students in the Susanville School District.

Program Information

The Education and Teen Centers, beside education, also focuses on cultural, environmental, and healthy behaviors. We would seek student assistance in the areas of tutoring, curriculum building, presentations for students and supervision of students.

  • First Aid Certification
  • RISK: Event Set-up - Risk includes but not limited to: Lifting, cuts, bruises, etc.
  • SITE REQUIREMENT: Students will be asked to sign a confidentiality waiver.
