Program Information

• Work with the business to complete the 2019 fixed asset verification exercise, this will include asset tagging in our South San Francisco office and updating our fixed asset register in Microsoft Dynamics AX R2012 • Help the team prepare for the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365, this will include a review of our current GL and asset master data and identifying what we need in the future • Work with the financial systems manager and accounting leads around the world to develop reports to help the monthly close, systems include Microsoft Dynamics AX, Atlas, Management Reporter and Blackline • Work with the FP&A team to support the forecast process using Adaptive Insights
