Organization Description We exist to ease the burden of poverty among homeless and low income families and individuals by providing nourishment, treating clients with dignity, and empowering them with programs that support economic stability, healthy lifestyles, and long term self-sufficiency.
The Nutrition & Wellness Education Center is a program that provides weekly Health & Nutrition Education to clients. - Familiarity with MS Office applications a must (especially Word and Excel)
General Information: Interns are expected to work between 10 and 40 hours a week and we require a minimum of twelve weeks’ commitment. Internships are offered during the Summer, Fall, and Winter/Spring semesters. All interns are subject to the applicable Help Me Help You employee rules.
Application Procedures: Candidates must complete an application form and submit it with their cover letter and resume. Some internship positions require additional application items, such as a writing sample. All application items must be submitted as a complete package. Incomplete applications will not be reviewed.
