Utilization Management:

The UM Coordinator I is responsible for serving primarily in an administrative support capacity and providing exceptional health care support services to the CHCN members, providers, and staff. The duties of this position include making telephone calls to members and providers serving as resource agent to internal and external customers.

Claims Department:

CHCN is seeking an enthusiastic and thorough Provider Reimbursement Manager to lead the claims team and payment program at CHCN.  The Provider Reimbursement Manager will develop subject matter expertise in the Medi-Cal benefit program to ensure that staff are able to appropriately and efficiently process claims to meet internal and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will use their logic and creativity to develop an outstanding program in provider reimbursement.  The candidate will have experience working with providers and health plans in the healthcare safety net and embrace innovation and process improvement.
