Organization Description

Castro Valley Unified is a Pre-K through adult Public School located in Castro Valley. We serve all students in Castro Valley as well as inter-district transfer students from neighboring cities. We serve students of all ability levels through programs designed to meet student academic and social emotional needs. Castro Valley Unified serves over 9,000 students through 1 Pre-School,  9 elementary schools, 2 Middle Schools, 1 comprehensive high school, 1 alternative high school, and a robust adult school.

Program Information

Volunteer College Mentor - provide assistance to students 1-on-1 or in small groups on their journey to college. Depending on your interests, this could include college applications, scholarship searching, financial aid applications, personal statements, career searching, etc. Currently all assistance will be virtual.
