Program Information

Enloe Medical Center's Palliative Care Out Patient program provides comfort focused care to patients who are home bound resulting from severe and chronic illness.

HomeCare and Hospice Programs provide quality care and support, in the comfort of one's home, for those patients who are well enough to leave a hospital or rehabilitation center but still need medical or personal attention. Based on a physician's plan, a clinical home care team educates patients and their families on the patient's illness, self-care, and proper lifting and patient care techniques. Programs include:

  • HomeCare
  • Wound, Ostomy, and Continence
  • Home Medical Equipment
  • Hospice

Hospice provides therapeutic support to individuals coping with a terminal diagnosis and accessing end of life care.
