We help caregivers and older adults lead healthier, happier, and more rewarding lives by providing and supporting the critical services and community resources they need. As the leader in meeting the needs of people who are impacted by aging and caregiving, we are the experts in our service area and beyond.

Program Information

The PASSAGES Connections program is a Prevention and Early Intervention program designed to provide mental health outreach and short-term counseling to older adults, their families, and community members in Butte County. Short-term counseling services are provided to adults 60 and older, and mostly take place in the home. Other types of outreach include professional, community, volunteer, and client group mental health education specific to older adult populations. 

Potential Services include: Psychosocial assessment, short-term counseling, case management, intra/inter-agency collaboration, and other types of outreach. 

Peer support: Provided to some clients by specially trained Senior Companions

Cost: No cost to participants
