Wayfinder Family Services is Northern California's domestic adoption specialists, completing more foster adoptions than any other private California adoption agency. We are a leading Kinship Care services provider in California.We are committed to ensuring that every child is safe and nurtured within a family who has a life-long commitment to the child. We work with birth, foster, kinship, and adoptive families in communities throughout Northern California.

Program Information

Lilliput is a leader in CA in the fields of adoption, Kinship Support Services (KSSP), family finding and post adoption services. In the Chico location, we serve our community in all of these programs. Learning opportunities include working with families, setting up and attending home visits, participating/facilitating support groups and events, and engaging with both immediate and extended family members in efforts to best serve dependent children of the child welfare system.

The student intern should be flexible, willing to go above and beyond to meet the needs of families, willing to ask questions and listen with compassion and a strong ability to work in a team environment.
