Program Information

Provides assessment, diagnosis, and treatment to individuals requiring mental health or dual diagnosis treatment in order to support the reduction of recidivism and transition back into the community from incarceration.  These services include: individual and group counseling, Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP), Moral Recognition Therapy (MRT), and other supportive services. Services available in both North (Chico) and South County (Oroville) Adult Services Outpatient centers.
