Opportunity Summary 

Business/Operations: This can range from being onsite to working remotely. Most of our workflow is all online so can be worked on remotely. However, some tasks require onsite work (i.e. filing, year-end storage, mailing out physical items). Other (remote) tasks include working with COO to organize digital files, put together contracts, help set-up and file various state forms for remote employees (Currently we have employees in Washington, Nevada, California and Texas). Marketing/Social Media/Website - Work with the team updating marketing materials, working on company site, sending out emails, responding to reviews, and updating social media. Development Team: Variety of roles across game development including working with the team on app QA, game design, engineering, etc.

Opportunity Learning Outcomes 

The student will have learned how to prepare Year-end storage and filing for a remote based studio. Also, the student will learn different state laws for taxes (especially since we have employees in Washington, Nevada, California and Texas). The student will connect and work with the team to update marketing materials for new game products.

Opportunity Training 

The student will work closely with the supervisor and will learn hands on.
Also, the student will work with controller and will learn hands on.

Additional risk specific to this opportunity 

The studio on site is a low risk. Most of the work will be done on computer, scanner and filing cabinet.
