At Conservation Legacy we envision a world with healthy lands, air and water; thriving people and resilient communities. Our programming is embedded in local communities to make the greatest impact by meeting on the ground needs. At our core is a dedication to national and community service—we are part of something BIGGER. Our Mission: Fostering conservation service in support of communities and ecosystems. Stewards Individual Placement Program provides individuals with service and career opportunities to strengthen communities and preserve our natural resources. Participants work with federal agencies, tribal governments, and nonprofits building institutional capacity, developing community relationships, and supporting ecosystem health.

- Must be 18 or older
- RISK: Building, Repair, Community Clean up - Risk includes but not limited to: sun exposure, cuts, bruises, chemical exposure such as paint, tools and machinery, etc.
- RISK: Event Set-up - Risk includes but not limited to: Lifting, cuts, bruises, etc.
- RISK: Landscaping/gardening/habitat restoration - risk includes but not limited to: sun exposure, cuts, lifting falls, environmental exposure such as heat, moisture, and other outdoor elements, etc.
- RISK: Physical Recreation - Risk includes but is not limited to: sprains, strains, bruises, gym equipment, falling
- RISK: Students will be asked to drive (in addition to travel to and from site) for this placement.
