Operations AssistantAt — Impact Basketball
Impact Basketball will be expanding the services to our current and former players. The Operations Assistant will be responsible for contacting parents to inform them of the Program updates and track their feedback and interest in the new Programs. This Program will get players out and about moving around after almost a year in quarantine.
Students will acquire the skills to pitch a new Program. They will learn how to track and follow-up on the potential customers. They will work with players to advance the overall Program's goals.
The students will be trained on what to say via email and over the phone to the customers. Training will consist of 2 weeks of working closely with the Executive Director and shadow them during the early stages of the work.
