We are currently seeking an Intern, People Analytics/Talent Management. This position requires an experienced professional with an interest in data, reporting, and analyzing data sets in order to better employee experience/retention. Our ideal candidate exhibits a can-do attitude and approaches his or her work with vigor and determination. Candidates will be expected to demonstrate excellence in their respective fields, to possess the ability to learn quickly and to strive for perfection within a fast-paced environment.
Role/Responsibilities:
Synthesize people data from various sources within and outside of People Ops to discover aspects of the employee journey (onboarding, diversity, inclusion, performance, development, engagement, etc.) and determine opportunities for improvement
Manipulate and analyze large data sets to distill insights from data and connect disparate ideas into cohesive, well-grounded recommendations using creative, structured and analytical thinking
Create clear, concise stories and help optimize for employee performance, engagement, growth and retention
Analyze the effectiveness of new initiatives to inform whether to double down, pivot, or eliminate initiatives
Find innovative ways to deliver meaningful metrics, trends, key insights and analysis
Create effective, scalable, and intuitive reporting solutions
