Whiting Woods Montessori

Beneath the shadow of the Verdugo Mountains you will find Whiting Woods Montessori. We are a home-based Early Childhood program, full of love and high-quality care, designed for children ages 6 months to 7 years old. Here at WWM, we combine the educational philosophy of Dr. Maria Montessori as well as provide a child-centered curriculum focused around discovery and play. We aide the children as they foster independence and confidence through the specially designed curriculum materials and observe each child develop imagination, problem-solving skills, cooperation, and socialization through play. Our mission is to prepare the children in our care for bright futures as they continue their education and grow into fulfilled and competent members of society.
