Organization Description

We are a small, family run restaurant located in Banker's Hill, San Diego, California. Our goal is to bring traditional Italian food with a contemporary feel to the San Diego audience.

Program Information

Some duties an intern will experience is hands on event coordination, scheduling, and employee relations. An intern will also understand how P&L's work, budget coordination and ordering perimeters from our many vendors. We have hands on Food and Beverage training and working with a Level 2 and Level 1 Sommelier and meeting with Wine and Liquor Vendors about different beverages.
