Opportunity Summary 

Melissa approached me with her ideas for Capstone project. I have approved her project she has chosen for RTLS optimization for our site. I will be working closely with her as her mentor.

Opportunity Learning Outcomes 

Melissa is developing onboarding tool for new hires in our clinic to help improve compliance in wearing RTLS badges and education on use of this high tech tool to prevent service delays, reduce inefficiencies/communication gaps, and promote value-based care. We recently had an upgrade to our RTLS system and will be providing training/refresher courses for our team that Melissa is helping coordinate and will be participating in.
