Yapstone is looking for a Software Engineer intern who is keen in software design, coding and debugging. As a Software Engineering Intern, you will gain exciting real-world software engineering experience at a thriving FinTech company. The ideal intern for this environment is curious, enthusiastic, and collaborative.
- Understand how to model real world objects using object-oriented languages like Java to solve business problems - Become familiar with development and testing techniques like TDD (test driven development) and BDD (behavior driven development) to ensure quality code - Build software with proven open-source technologies and deploy in the cloud as we are into cloud computing - Ability to work independently on assignments and within a team to accomplish complex tasks
Ongoing online and hands on training will be provided to students throughout their internship. Students will also have access to a LinkedIn Learning account provided by Yapstone.
