Opportunity Learning Outcomes 

Basic understanding of hotel operations, including use of hotel PMS (reservations, billing, room allotment, etc), service skills, phone skills, multi tasking in fast pace environment, much more..

Opportunity Training 

Orientation training. Hands on training, one on one and collaborative training. Online learning / modules. Coaching/counseling. Leaders, lead by example.

Additional risk specific to this opportunity 

Safety training provided during orientation. Job requires being on feet/standing for most of shift.
