Daily supervision will be provided by our management team, all of whom are qualified Quantity Surveying professionals. During the duration of the candidates time with Turton Bond, on a weekly basis, the line manager will cover a new section of our Cost Management playbook which outlines every deliverable our team would typically provide for clients. This includes Estimating, Measurement, Pricing, Benchmarking, Data Visualization, Procurement Practices in the US, General Contractor Procurement, Consultant Procurement, RFQ template review & prep, RFP template review & prep, Collating & understanding scoring criteria with Client, Building Scoresheet and, Levelling document, Building Interview Scoresheets, Developing a 'Results Dashboard', Writing a recommendation report etc.
