Software Engineering Intern - SDSAt — Copart Inc.

The employer provides oversight and supervision through close contact with the student. The student maintains constant communication with his direct report, who works in the same office as the student and has regular contact with the employer's senior leadership team. Schedule fortnightly meetings with the manager of software engineering. Additionally, the student's coding work is peer-reviewed by experienced team members and feedback for improvement is provided if necessary. Apart from participating in IT Department meetings and reporting on his functional area, the student is also encouraged to share perspective on other organizational issues.
