Sunday & Wednesday Volunteer Description Thank you for your willingness to volunteer with the Children’s Ministry. We appreciate you for taking time out of your busy schedule to be apart of this amazing journey that we are on, using God’s Word to equip the next generation. It is an honor to serve our babies and their families. Knowing this, all positions in this ministry, should be taken very seriously. We are called to build up, train and love these babies in our care. High expectations have been set to ensure we are fulfilling the plan that God has for this ministry. As a Supervisor, you are held to a standard of excellence, to the best of your ability. Job description: Please show up and be on time to your assigned classroom. If you are going to be late please call/text Natasha Martinez @ 510-867-8339. If tardiness becomes excessive, disciplinary action(s) will be taken. Attend opposite church service. If you are serving 9am please be prepared to stay for 11am and vis versa. However, if you serve alternate Sundays, be sure to attend service on the Sundays you are not scheduled to serve. You cannot pour out from an empty vessel (Matthew 22:39) Come with an attitude and a heart to serve. Uphold standards of the Children’s Ministry Be flexible Pray for our children, the ministry and the families aligned with the ministry Hours: Sunday 1st service 8:45am-10:45am (includes set/up and clean up for next service and remain until last child is picked up) 2nd service 10:45am-12:45pm (includes clean up and remaining in place until last child is picked up) Wednesday: 6:30pm-9:00pm (includes set-up & clean up) Special event times will vary Thank you for your willingness to serve, we cannot do it without you!
