We build the core, innovative products that ServiceNow offers to our customers. This traverses a lot of use-cases and represents many unique technical challenges! Our customers are the employees of large companies, and we build these products to serve them. We have products to serve IT organizations, HR departments, customer service organizations, and many more! But what this ultimately means is building slick, modern experiences that are easy to maintain, and on the backend will perform complex workflows using our Now Platform. With this role, we expect our interns to fully join one of our product engineering teams, understand the use-cases from our product management staff, and help build and maintain the product solutions that are mission critical to our customers.
