Position Summary Reporting to the Clinical Director of Homeless Senior Services, the community service specialist is responsible for intensive case management services and advocacy for un housed seniors in order to find, secure and retain affordable housing and to improve wellness outcomes.
How to communicate effectively with senior who are experiencing crisis in health and housing in the Bay area.
