A World Fit for Kids!
A World Fit For Kids! is a non-profit agency established in 1992 to develop and manage sport and physical activity programs for underserved youth. Our programs utilize college students to oversee inner-city students, who, in turn, mentor younger children through the use of sport, recreation, and academic activities. Our after-school programs help youth of all ages learn about “fit” behavior by providing them with positive role models, and opportunities that they might not have access to.

We have programs at 14 LAUSD schools across Los Angeles County, and each CSUDH intern would be working during our after-school program times (usually between 3p and 6p Monday-Friday). Interns will work with the program Site Directors to determine what days and times work best for the site and the intern.
