StandUp for KidsAt — StandUp for Kids
We have multiple positions available for virtual mentors, tutors, housing navigators, employment navigators, 800 Crisis line. We have multiple positions onsite at our school partner sites Mon-Thurs from 8:30am-1pm.
Depending on the positions, Students will understand how to build rapport with high school and young adults who are experiencing homelessness, complete an intake and assessment, complete case notes, documentation, enter services, work with special population to set and achieve goals, learn about cultural diversity/sensitivity, learn how to create a plan for independent living
Onboarding, Mentor Training, Tutor Training, Systems training depending on the position there are trainings in addition to the onboarding.
We require proof of vaccination for onsite work in the high schools and in our offices.
