Customer Success InternAt — Sikka Software Corporation
This person will be responsible for customer success across various product lines. This person will work closely with Customer Success Managers, Product, Quality and Development teams to understand product workflow, installation process, and customer use cases. This person should also have a good understanding of customer support procedures and processes.
Key Roles and Responsibilities: · Work with senior members of the team and collaborate on customer success and support activities. · Provide support to customer success managers by identifying challenges and researching resolutions. · Improve client references by writing and maintaining documentation. · Prioritize and manage many open cases / tasks. · Critically review existing product and processes with the goal of constant improvement.
