Opportunity Learning Outcomes 

Collect and organize most common injury categories for athletes 6 - 18 years of age; Define high, medium and low risk athletic profiles based on age of athlete; Improve and co-create injury prevention program; Develop return to play protocol for athletes returning to sport; and, Create athlete engagement plans for players who are unable to participate due to injury but are still attending training sessions.

Opportunity Training 

We will provide current programming we provide our staff as well as access to national training center - SafeSport.

Additional risk specific to this opportunity 

We work with kids so safety of the kids is paramount. Student that has acquired of internship with us, is already in the national database of coaches and has passed all background checks.
