Opportunity Summary 

This is a great opportunity to help support young children and families to develop skills allowing them to access people, activities and settings they were not previously able to access. Through teaching communication, coping skills, daily living skills and social skills you can help develop your own problem solving skills and help those in your community learn to flourish.

Opportunity Learning Outcomes 

Applied Behavior Analysis, data collection and graphing, working independently & interdisciplinary collaboration, implementation of behavior reduction and skill acquisition plans

Opportunity Training 

40 hour RBT (registered behavior technician) training, CPR & First-Aid training, safety training, ongoing supervision and training for working with each client individually

Additional risk specific to this opportunity 

May experience hair pulling, scratching, biting, and bruising due to client behaviors. Staff are trained to mitigate and release from aggression/holds/bites
