Opportunity Learning Outcomes 

By the end of the internship the candidate would have a good knowledge about data validation processes and analysis, building models, and interpreting complex information. The candidate would engage and manage stakeholders, develop project plans, and report on progress. The candidate would be proficient in report development and analytics, and have experience in project management, including planning, execution, and measurement. They would be willing to learn new applications and tools needed to support the execution of business objectives. Overall, the candidate would be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work well under pressure. The candidate would have excellent communication skills, as they will be interacting with various stakeholders and team members.

Opportunity Training 

Honeywell will provide some form of onboarding or orientation to introduce interns to the company's culture, policies, and procedures. The interns may receive training on specific tools, software, or technologies that are relevant to their role, as well as training on relevant business processes and industry best practices. Depending on the role and the company's resources, interns may have the opportunity to attend workshops, training sessions, or conferences to further develop their skills and knowledge.
