Addison Behavioral Resources is hiring passionate behavior interventionists interested in working with individuals with developmental disabilities (age 2-22 years). We teach adaptive skills and decrease challenging behaviors in the home, school and community settings throughout Ventura County. We train and provide ongoing supervision. Opportunity Learning Outcomes 

how to implement the principles of learning in an applied setting to change behaviors.

Opportunity Training 

40 hour training on the principles of applied behavior analysis, HIPAA, confidentiality, and mandated reporter training. Training in Crisis Prevention. Role playing and ongoing supervision.

Additional risk specific to this opportunity 

Must be able to safely lift 50 pounds if needed. Must have own car and drive to families' homes or community outings. May get kicked, bit, scratched, etc. but training is provided.
