Mission

The mission of Lead The Way is to provide value-driven services to persons with developmental disabilities. We are dedicated and committed to enhancing the lives of our clients through the services that we provide, which are Supportive Living, Parenting, Independent Living, and American Sign Language Services.

Program Information

What we offer:

  1. Supportive Living services are a range of assistance and resources provided to individuals who require help with daily activities such as personal care, meal prep, and household tasks to maintain a level of independence and quality life
  2. Parenting services involve programs, resources, and support provided to parents or caregivers to enhance their knowledge, skills, and confidence in raising and nurturing their children effectively.
  3. Sign Language is a visual-spatial language that uses hand gestures, facial expressions, and body movements to convey meaning to individuals who are deaf or hard of hearing.
  4. Independent living services include support and accommodations aimed at assisting individuals with disabilities in living independently. We also provide assistance with tasks such as personal care, transportation, and accessing community resources.
