Opportunity Summary 

Students are given the opportunity to shadow professionals in the educational setting and view how services are provided for adult special needs students between the ages of 18-22 years old

Opportunity Learning Outcomes 

How to properly administer assessments that aide in tracking student growth and areas of opportunity for success in areas where growth is needed.

Opportunity Training 

Shadow experience, ongoing evaluations (evaluative and non-evaluative), feedback, collaboration, hands-on support in assessments/administering of assessments

The Transition Program is a 100% special needs program that services students with disabilities, multiple allergies and other ailments.
