SEAS Student Ambassador At — Student Equity and Success Department
The Student Equity and Success Center (SEAS) provides student success programs and services designed to retain and graduate low income, first generation, historically underrepresented and underserved student populations. With six different programs (EOP, EXCEL, GANAS, PIAA Renaissance Scholars and Sankofa Scholars) SEAS offers the opportunity to all students from different backgrounds and communities. Under general supervision, the SEAS Program Ambassador will be responsible for providing support to the Affinity and Academic Program Admissions and Engagement Coordinators within the Student Equity and Success unit (SEAS). The Program Assistant will serve as a resource to students and staff and work in collaboration with the SEAS program’s on creating and maintaining educational, cultural, and social programs, participate and represent SEAS at both on-campus and off-campus outreach events, and support with program presentations. SEAS Program Ambassadors are leaders and role models on campus who represent SEAS and the university as a positive, inclusive, and dynamic learning and living environment.
