Opportunity Training
Staff will use the model of gradual release of responsibility training (I do, we do, you do) in all aspects of a preschool educator's job.
Additional risk specific to this opportunity
Students are advised to safeguard their vehicles as the area has a high incidence of car damage and theft. In working with preschool-age children, students may be exposed to impulsive children who are still learning to use their hands, feets, and bodies safely.
