Opportunity Summary 

Paragon Products, LLC is a leading innovator of electromechanical fluid management technologies for large diesel engine and heavy equipment applications. We are seeking an intern who will understand, create, maintain, and report reliability data for our products. Intern will work closely with Paragon's Chief Engineer - Mechanical and other engineering staff and personnel from quality, sourcing, and production to improve the reliability of our products. This is a great learning environment for a student or recent graduate looking for experience in American industry.

Opportunity Learning Outcomes 

to 1. Analyze performance and failure data to identify opportunities to increase the reliability and/or productivity of Paragon's products. 2. Collect, analyze and manage data to predict and minimize failures and improve reliability performance of Paragon's products. Will also learn to use failure analysis, FRACAS, or other types of root cause analysis and reports to internal and external customers.

Opportunity Training 

Student will work closely with and be trained by Paragon's Chief Mechanical Engineer to evaluate performance and failure data and create reports using tools such as Weibull.
