Opportunity Summary 

We have invited Hunny to learn our unique process of building and interaction with our clients. We want to teach her our process and also look forward to guiding Ms. Jumani on her own goals of becoming a designer/builder/architect. She will learn how to schedule and stand inspections and learn intense QA/QC procedures.

Opportunity Learning Outcomes 

How to engage intelligently with homeowners, designers, other architects, sub-contractors, site supers and project managers as well as suppliers and inspectors.

Opportunity Training 

Yes, training will be provided every step of the way. We also anticipate Ms. Jumani's ability and drive to think outside the box and tackle some training on her own.

Additional risk specific to this opportunity 

We have weekly safety meetings at each job site. We use an app called Safety Meeting. Ms. Jumani's safety training will be documented and recorded.
