Students will have learned how to deal with a variety of age groups of kids ranging from 3-14. Keeping the kids moving and focused while finding their special way of connecting with the kids to make the season special for the kids and the student.
We provide an hours worth of hands on training to learn how to setup the field. We have multiple training modules online to teach students about our company philosophy and how to be a coach, along with an emphasis on coach girls and coaching different age groups of children.
This will require working with young kids and being able to run plays or run alongside them. Any safety issues are issues that arise from light to moderate jogging. There could be the possibility of practicing/playing on a wet field which could cause a slip possibility
