Culturally attuned and holistic mental health services for underserved refugee and immigrant communities Founded in 2005 by bilingual/bicultural mental health professionals, CERI is an Oakland-based nonprofit organization offering mental health and other social services to refugees and immigrants affected by war, torture, genocide and other life-altering traumas.
