Financial Operation Associate – Paid InternAt — Sierra Pacific Financial Advisors, LLC

• Serve as a secondary client service contact for existing clients and respond to their inquiries • Produce quarterly investment statements and process management fees • Prepare appropriate account establishment documents, transfer forms and other necessary documents for new and existing clients • Perform new client onboarding procedure • Answer client phone calls and assist them in account management services • Responsible for firm's CRM database and social media marketing • Support new business development and existing business activities • Conduct office management and human resource tasks in the firm • Other duties assigned
