We will train you to work with young children with developmental delays. Upon completion we will offer you part or full time employment at our San Leandro center. Opportunity Learning Outcomes 

Key areas such as the principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA), data collection and analysis, behavior intervention strategies, and ethical guidelines. Participants learn to work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support individuals with autism. Upon completion, candidates are prepared to sit for the RBT certification exam (a national credential) and will be offered full or part time employment at our center.

Opportunity Training 

Training will be provided in observing a client's behaviors, recording and interpreting data, behavior management, skill acquisition, implementing goals, and guidelines for working with young children with developmental delays.

Additional risk specific to this opportunity 

This opportunity takes place in a child development center, covered under general liability insurance. Safety is paramount and regular safety training will be conducted as part of orientation. Students will at no point be left alone during the program.
