In your role, Neeharika will be part of UX/UI Team. The main responsibilities you will be expected to carry out include assist in the development of the team projects, Will be cooperating with UX and UI Designers, participate in meetings for project statuses, and carry out tasks to be given by your supervisor. Engage in other activities outside of this role aimed at developing your knowledge, confidence and skills.

• Plan, design, an~ execute user research studies, including usability testing, user interviews, surveys, and other relevant methods. • Identify research goals and objectives in collaboration with design and product teams. • Recruit participants for research studies and conduct user testing sessions. • Create and maintain user personas, journey maps, and other relevant documentation. • Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, product managers, and developers to integrate use~ insights into the design process. • Advocate for user-centered design principles and champion the user's perspective throughout the product development lifecycle. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging research methodologies. • Present research findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner. • Continuously iterate on research methodologies and processes to improve the overall effectiveness of the UX/UI research function.
