Opportunity Summary 

Baywood Court is a non-profit multi-level retirement community that features independent living, assisted living, and skilled nursing. This setup allows interns to gain knowledge of therapeutic activities in all three levels of care.

Opportunity Learning Outcomes 

Interns will gain knowledge and experience in: conducting care plans, one-on-one intervention, documentation, facilitating programs, conducting assessments, providing feedback on residents' treatment plans and goals, planning and organizing special events, and recreation-related meetings.

Opportunity Training 

Interns will be shadowing RT Staff for the 1st month of the internship.
