The student will be able to successfully operate a baseball program of 60 players. Organizing practices, meetings, games and schedules against other successful club teams. While teaching the fundamentals of the games and team camaraderie. Also, provide mentorship to those students who need guidance.

Opportunity Training
Training will be individual sessions with Lead Organizer of an event. Also, scheduled meetings with the Lead Organizer to go over an Action Plan.
